Blog Post URIs Are Unfriendly #39

Currently blog post URIs only include a simple ID passed as an argument to "viewpost.php": https://thisisjoes.site/blog/viewpost.php?id=3
This isn't very usable or informative. A better URI pattern would be the title of the post: https://thisisjoes.site/blog/making-it-less-empty
Additionally an ID or the post date could be included to prevent duplicates: https://thisisjoes.site/blog/20190503/making-it-less-empty
